Izumo Japanese - Coral Springs

It was very good overall, but I wish they hadn't put so much sauce on my shrimp and steak. It would have been better to have it served on the side, as the amount they used overwhelmed the flavors. Everything else was cooked really well, but I also wish they had used a different type of lettuce instead of iceberg.

I ordered the Spider Roll for pickup today, and when I took a bite at home, I was surprised to find the toppings were crunchy. To my dismay, there was TEMPURA SHELL inside!

I absolutely love Izumo! It's a hidden gem that doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the food is outstanding. They offer a great selection for your hibachi meal, and the best part is that you get both rice and noodles with it. The hibachi soup is incredible! I've visited three times now, and it's become my favorite hibachi restaurant. Plus, the prices are fantastic considering the generous portions you receive!

We've been visiting this restaurant for years, and despite its small size, the food is exceptionally high quality. The staff and servers are consistently kind and attentive. My picky child specifically asks to come here for special occasions, and they never let us down. A big thanks to the chef for always making my son laugh and feel appreciated.

Every year, we celebrate Mike's Christmas birthday at Izumo Hibachi. The chefs are lively and bring plenty of culinary flair to the experience. They offer a great selection of sake, beer, and wine, and I highly recommend trying Kirin Light. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. I usually order the hibachi with chicken, shrimp, and scallops, and the shrimp appetizer is a must-try. The lobster and steak are equally outstanding—everything is just delicious. You really can't go wrong at Izumo Japanese Restaurant. Their sushi is fantastic as well! Plus, the staff adheres to all social distancing guidelines, which adds to our comfort while dining.
