Fyr Ice Asian Fusion And Drinks

Unfortunately, like others have experienced, our single bubble tea took an incredibly long time to arrive—over 30 minutes. People behind us, including a delivery driver, a large family, some cool kids with Subarus, and parents moving in, all received their orders before us. We tried to cancel our order, but we were told that there were no refunds for credit card transactions, which is simply not true. When we finally received our drink, it was the wrong one. It seems like the manager has a poor reputation, and it’s evident that the negative reviews are justified. This place has so much potential, but the management is its biggest hurdle.

My wife and I have dined here several times over the years, and our experiences have been quite mixed (it was fantastic at first), but I have to express my disappointment this time. How can they serve a dish named "enoki mushrooms" without actually including any enoki mushrooms? Instead, they substituted them with baby bell mushrooms. I didn't receive a call to inform me of the change, nor was I given the option to select something else. It feels unfair to charge a premium for a dish that doesn't contain the key ingredient in its name.

The place is quite mediocre; nothing here has ever truly impressed me. It always feels a bit disheartening when everything is just okay. The atmosphere is lacking, and it's often empty. The takoyaki was underwhelming, with barely any octopus, while the drinks were enjoyable but a bit pricey. The girl at the register didn't seem to have much personality either.

Here for lunch with a friend, wasn't too crowded at that time. Ordered 2 bowls of rams with extra blows; 1 Tonkotsu and 1 Miso with one side of Kimchi. Service was friendly and had no problems with them. The Tonkotsu breadth was just ok; not the worst, but nothing great about it. Noodles were fine, but I feel like they were frozen by JFC or some other restaurant store distributors. Chashu was good and so were the Aji Tamago; beautiful balance of salty sweet with the runny yolk as they should be. My friend would later order an egg waffle ice cream. It was made fresh and tasted well. The only complaint is that the pocky in the ice cream tasted a bit stale. Overall, I find it a little mixed bag.

So obviously you can't eat there right now because the world is coming to an end, but it's got an awesome atmosphere and it's really cool on the inside!!! It's got fun authentic looking art on the walls and a great look to it. Now let's get to the food. Now we only got I bowl of Ramon and some Buns, but they were DELICIOUS!!! We plan on adding this to our list of favs to get food from and can't wait to try the rest of the menu???
