We tried their icecream cake a few days ago, it was really good.
Worst Coldstone experience yet. Staff was right in front of me but talking to each other instead of greeting me and starting our order. Maya was helping us and started putting the wrong toppings on mine and was unhelpful when I told her that?s not what Iwanted. She said that?s what I said and didn?t seem to mind she was mixing up the wrong ice cream. Flavors tasted off as well.Will avoid this location.
Make sure to check that you have your entire order before leaving the store. I mistakenly assumed I received everything I ordered, only to discover when I got home that my ice cream was missing. I had to drive back to the store, where I was met with the question, “How could you forget your ice cream?” I explained that I hadn't been given all of my order. The employee simply responded with an uninterested “Oh.” This was incredibly disappointing considering I had low expectations—just receiving what I paid for would have sufficed, but even that wasn't met. It would have been nice for the employee to at least offer an apology for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, the customer service at this location is severely lacking.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered three "Love It" sizes online but received "Like It" sizes instead. Although they offer curbside pickup and asked for my vehicle information, when I arrived, they told me I had to come inside to pick up my order. Once we got home, we realized that our order was incorrect. It took us 20 minutes to drive there and another 20 minutes to return home. When I called to complain, the woman on the line told me to come back for the correct order. I explained that the distance was too far, so I requested a refund to my credit card. She then instructed me to call a 305 number to lodge a complaint, suggesting they could resolve the issue. Really? The problem stemmed from the store and the employee who processed my order, not the corporation. I felt compelled to share this feedback because it was incredibly frustrating. We won’t be returning to this place.
