A terrible service. I walked in and ordered a little ice and they gave me my ice. they would not give the mix-ins and instead put them on the top. terrible service and I will never go back.

Great service and even better ice cream! This is the best Cold Stone in south Florida by far!

So disappointed. I ordered a coffee lovers ice cream cake. The way I ordered it was supposed to be coffee ice cream with heath bar, almond slivers and the center with Carmel instead of cake. There was barely anything in it and no Carmel at all. All we got was coffee ice cream with chocolate shavings around the cake. No Carmel and a few nuts. $72 for an overpriced ice cream cake with no fillings. Furthermore, I specifically told the owner that previously we loved this ice cream with tons of things in it but the last time we ordered it it didn't have much in it so make sure that this special birthday cake was loaded with the add ins. The pictures that are posted here are not what they are serving anymore.

This location is always clean and quick. Dylan has great costumer service as well

Good choice for a sweet treat lots of ice creams on the menu but large portions. But, I still recommend
