Cinnaholic - Coral Springs

As a fan of cinnamon buns, I was eager to try out this restaurant. When I arrived at 7:22, there was only one employee inside focusing on fulfilling online orders. Despite being the only customer in the store, the employee did not acknowledge me and seemed to purposely avoid making eye contact. After waiting patiently by the register, I decided to leave as the employee continued to ignore me. It appeared that he was having a bad day, but his lack of attention and indifference towards me was disappointing. I do not recommend dining at this establishment.

The cinnamon buns are delicious but slightly expensive. The shop is beautiful and it's great that all of their buns are vegan!

My husband and I absolutely adored the cinnamon buns at this restaurant. He chose the traditional flavor, while I went with the cookie one. The icing was simply delightful. The quality of the product exceeded our expectations given the price. What really stood out to me, however, was the warm and enthusiastic staff who welcomed us and took the time to walk us through the menu. It's rare to encounter such exceptional service these days. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Wonderful cinnamon rolls! And the service was just as good. There were only two people working and even though they had a lot of customers generating a rush for them; They did a tremendous job! Definitely coming back for more.

Walked up with kids to get cinnamon buns. Only customers in store today at 10am. Lady behind the counter said she was busy working online orders. Waited 10minutes and left said she was slammed with online orders and would be with us shortly. Only wanted to pay for prepackaged cinnamon buns. Poor customer service online takes precedence over in person customers.
