Boston Market - Coral Springs

The restaurant was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The line moved quickly, and the service was excellent. I ordered the three-piece dark chicken along with a children's meal. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the side dishes were also delicious.

I had previously written a negative review about my experience at Boston Market, citing poor food quality and untrained staff. However, I have always loved Boston Market and have been a loyal customer for years. Recently, I decided to visit again since it’s one of the few fast dining options available. What a difference! The hot side dishes were not only well-stocked but also fresh. The staff greeted my son and me warmly as we waited to place our order. I noticed the manager came out of the kitchen to assist during the busy dinner rush. I took a moment to share my past experience and the unfavorable review I had written. I also commended him and his team for their impressive turnaround. He informed me that they had made significant changes, including enhanced training for their staff. I assured him that I would update my review. I'm pleased to see that they have made the necessary improvements and listened to their customers. The food was delicious, and my family will definitely be adding this location to our regular rotation!

This was my first time dining at this restaurant, and I didn't have high expectations based on the reviews I've seen. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive and friendly staff who greeted us right away when we arrived. I ordered the prime rib, which was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. I asked for mine to be medium, while my wife preferred hers well done, and we were both very pleased with our meals. I'm excited to come back again.

This is my place for a decent meal at least 3-4 x per month. Even ordered secondary dishes for holiday meals. But what happened to your delicious brownies? Once the best but lately dry do not appear, please change the recipe. You fixed something that wasn't broken!

For a quick inexpensive meal I like Boston Market. Ordering at the counter is okay, you get to watch the servers put your order together and there's never a long wait. An ample menu offers enough of a variety. I usually stick with their roasted chicken, although their baked ham or meat loaf are pretty good too. Its Fast Food so keep that in mind, as this obviously isn't gourmet dining.
