Triple O's - Coquitlam

The staff at this restaurant are amazing, every single one of them. I would like to give a special shout-out to one of the supervisors named Mohini, who goes above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to this place.

I worked at this restaurant for 6.5 years and with the recent change in management, triple o’s has become a terrible company to work for. The place is not what it appears to be from the outside. Without the hardworking cashiers, cooks, and prep cooks, this place would be a mess. Upper management even forged my signature to pass a work safe BC audit, and I have the proof. When I confronted the manager about it, he dismissed it as something necessary. The business consultant did nothing to address the issue. Employees are not properly trained, despite their efforts. They are expected to watch videos and then thrown onto the floor with little guidance. Senior employees are expected to train new hires, which is not only unsafe but also hinders their ability to provide good service. Complaints about food are likely to be granted due to the lack of standards for tracking complaints. The quality of ingredients is questionable, with items like fries smelling bad and lettuce containing bugs. Prices have gone up while wages have remained the same. Portion sizes have decreased. Customers have raised concerns about slippery floors, promised renovations that never happened, and expired ingredients being used. It is better to spend your money at a place that values training its employees and creating a safe work environment. After years of dedication to this job, I never expected to experience such atrocities.

Love this liston location! Beautiful and clean. Great fast service. The food is perfectly cooked. Especially the sweet potato fries! Yum!

Great overall burger place, little more costly than the average place. But the food was for sure worth the extra cost. Chicken burger was exceptionally good, fish burger as well. Cheesecake on a stick was really good. Fries were OK good sauce on them. Pickle chips were nice! They put Pickles on top of burgers which is funny.
