Soul Cup Cafe - Coquitlam

My 11 year old daughter and I decided to try this place recently. My daughter was super excited to order her first boba. The lady who served us was incredibly rude. We had a few questions given that we had never ordered bubble tea before. She was so rude and condescending each time we asked a question and was so exasperated with us. The second time we visited, we had a lovely teenage girl serving us. Very sweet and respectful. She even gave us a replacement drink when they forgot to put in the jelly. The third time we visited we were served by the same cranky, dispectful woman from our first visit. We were trying to decide on our order and she very rudely told me to step away from the counter. No manners. She has so many bad reviews here. She seriously needs to take a class on customer service. She ruins the experience and giving the business a bad name. On the up side, the slushes are very good but I'm afraid that isn't enough for me to be a returning customer. We will take our business elsewhere as boba is a treat and we want a pleasant experience all around. My daughter is afraid of her!!

Going to the store with a bright mood hoping to try a new bubble tea place that my friend recommended me to go to. When I was waiting for the drink, the overweight lady with an attitude told me to Get out of the way , Stand over here . It was absolutely unreal, appalling attitude. I would never come back to this store and would tell everyone not to come here as well. Drink is also mediocre as well. Too bad I cannot give them negative stars.

Bad cashier just like how everyone is mentioning. it's hard to mess up bubble tea customer service but they did it alright! bad customer service.no customers in sight forced to stand outside and kicked out when i wanted to ask if my drink is ready

I've visited this place three times over the past two years, and in my opinion, it's one of the top five bubble tea spots in the Greater Vancouver area. The young female staff member today was very friendly, and it seems they now allow customers to wait inside the store. The watermelon and honeydew slushie I had was delightful! I also highly recommend the mugwort bubble tea and the Oreo bubble tea.

The cashiers are very patient, which is great, especially considering the many excellent tea options available! Food: 5/5.
