Mcdonald's - Coppell

We had an amazing time at this restaurant during our holiday! The manager, Gary, went above and beyond by giving my kids extra happy meal toys when they were looking for specific boy toys. Even though my cousin wasn’t hungry and didn't order anything, Gary kindly brought him a happy meal anyway! The place was kept clean, both inside and out. The only downside was that the playground was closed.

I often visit this McDonald's for drive-thru, and I have to say the service is efficient and quick. I've never had any complaints or missing items from my orders. This is definitely a great location to choose if you're looking for a fast food option.

We usually have a consistently good experience here. I wish they would get rid of the kiosks in the lobby and cashiers take your order. There is a small playground inside that is a plus.

The exterior of the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The wait time at the drive-thru was under three minutes. I attempted to use the McDonald's app to select a daily deal, but it didn’t display any code. However, it did clearly state that any size coffee was only $0.99 all day. Unfortunately, the clerk and her team leader did not honor this offer, which left me feeling disappointed. As this was my first visit, I likely won't be returning anytime soon.
