Przekaż informację zwrotnąI visited my local Forney Cicis location last night for dinner. I called in my order and went to pick it up. When I arrived, I checked my food and ask to purchase extra icing for my cinnamon rolls. The lady at the counter rung me up for the extra icing and I told her I will run to my car and get cash for said amount. I come back in and Abbie/Addie was standing next to her, so I checked my cinnamon rolls again and saw that Abbie/Addie had drizzled a thin line of icing onto the cinnamon rolls. I asked the lady for more icing and Abbie/Addie said No ma 'am ! Shocked, I looked at her and she said we just gave you some additional icing and we will have to charge you. I replied you just saw me pay the lady for extra icing, and if there is an additional cost you need to lead with that instead of telling me no. I then informed her of her bad customer service, and she apologized and added more icing. The money I paid for extra icing was not placed into the cashier drawer, it was handed to Abbie/Addie. The staff need to be trained on how to treat paying customers. The pizza was okay, but this made my experience horrible. Please do better by properly training your employees on customer service, how to effectively communicate with customers, and not work in their ego.
Cicic is a liar. They lied about MyCicis reward going return. And we can not do survey to get a $1 off. Most of the Cicis I went to the restroom is flooded and has bugs. Most of them has no air condition working. I have email Cicis headquarter customer service. I never ever hear back from them. At a Cicis pizza they would not open one of the door. And people was cutting me in lines starting from outside.
I ate at the CiCi's Pizza in Corsicana Texas today and the flavor was spot on It's almost like they've gone back to the original recipes from the day they opened garlic butter on the crust very freshkeep up the great job
LOYAL CUSTOMER Refused Service!!! 2441 Gus Thomasson recently, just wanted to wash hands 1st!I went in to get a quick bite Pizza Buffet.Gestured to cashier, going to wash hands in restroom. Cashier yells, You need to ask 1st .It WAS NOT busy at all...only 1 person waiting for a call in order.Walk over to counter in shock pull out my wallet to pay for buffet. Cashier says don 't want your money, you can leave now . Next...Ask her for mgr 's name, she responds I 'm the mgr. Ask for her name, she says not giving it to you , same thing when I asked her for the owners info... last response was, leave...reported to corporate 2 times with NO Response as of 4/25/23.Unfortunately, in my opinion, I was a victim of dining while BLACK. It is both sad and UNACCEPTABLE that Racism is still well and allowed. Will not recommend to anyone else.Despite all...there 's always a remedy to unprofessional service.DONT spend your money were you 're not welcomed. UNACCEPTABLE
Not clean the first thing I see as I walk in is some looser with all kinds of c stuck in her face and tattoos all over her. That's disgusting. Then I see one girl cleaning the rest just standing around taking. Food all over the floor and tables. Go somewhere else to eat. The one I went to is in 5/6/23. was the only one doing her job. And to her I say thank you.
