Tres Potrillos - Copley

We have visited this restaurant before and really enjoy the spacious patio area; unfortunately, it's too cold to sit outside now. The inside looks clean and inviting. We chose a comfortable spot to sit, and the waiter was very attentive. The portion sizes are generous and not like other places that raise prices while reducing portions. We will definitely come back!

The group was at least ten people, and they were so loud that no one around could have a conversation with their families. To make matters worse, they were using profanities, and the waitress was encouraging it, which was absolutely inappropriate, especially since there were children present. When we were leaving, I voiced my concerns, but all I was told was, "I know they've been here for four hours." There was no effort made to ask them to tone it down or to move them to their private room. No one took responsibility for the horrible dining experience we had. The group was even standing behind other patrons, making it impossible for anyone at the nearby tables to enjoy their meals. It was shocking to see such rude and inconsiderate behavior in a family restaurant. The food and overall experience simply weren’t worth the extra drive. My advice? Go to Medina instead.

I am always satisfied with Tres Potrillos. The food is consistently excellent! The staff is friendly and attentive. Today, I sat in the bar area and was the only one there in a tall booth, so I thought I might be overlooked. However, I was pleasantly surprised to be checked on by three different servers. My lunch was delicious, quick, and reasonably priced! I absolutely love this place!

Chips and salsa were awesome, obviously. Our margaritas were delicious. Our food came out so quickly, I was pleasantly surprised. The house margaritas aren?t super cheap but they?re reasonably priced, in my opinion. The food was very affordable!!I ordered the big flautas and they did not disappoint. The one of the biggest things I think I noticed from other Mexicanrestaurants in the area was the ease of using the menu as an English-speaking person. Our waiter was kind! Overall, I have onlybeen here once, but it was a great experience!

This place was utterly disgusting , I am in town from Chicago and me and my family was looking for a place to dine in at near the hotel so we stopped here the manager (a guy) was so very disrespectful I didn?t like my drink so I asked if I could getanother one and he stuck his straw into my drink and tasted my drink and tried to give it back to me and told me he likes it soI should like it too and that he couldn?t get me another drink I was so stunned and baffled . The waitress was also very rudenever came to check up on us never gave us waters didn?t want to take our orders also when we sat down we didn?t get serviceduntil 20-30 mins later . We were put out of the restaurant because we were honest about not liking our food I had the tingatacos and the avocado that came on top of it was black and my sister and brothers food was very bland my brother had steakfajitas and they only gave 2 taco shells . I am very upset with our experience I am not one to try and pull the race card butthat?s how we felt when we left 0/10 would not recommend
