I ordered a sandwich for someone else, but the flatbread was not available at 5:30 PM. I was told that the flatbread was still frozen solid. The white rolls were close, but they didn’t have what I needed. I asked why they didn’t check the quality before serving, and I received no clear answer. Additionally, they had advertised a "buy one, get one half off" deal, but despite that, I was charged $18.00 for two subs and one stale cookie.
The coworkers there were amazing and worked incredibly well together! The manager was very organized and effortlessly kept her team on track. However, the air conditioning system was broken, and the temperature reached 88 degrees, which was frustrating for both the staff and the customers. This needs to be addressed immediately, as it’s not a suitable working environment. Despite the uncomfortable temperature, the service and food were wonderful!
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and I got exactly what I wanted—an absolutely perfect sandwich. I appreciate Subway because I can see how fresh their ingredients are. It was a great choice for a satisfying lunch. The store was clean and hygienic, and all the employees were wearing masks and gloves, which made me feel safe. Overall, a trustworthy and pleasant visit!
I just wanted to mention that the ladies working today (10/1/21, 1:30) handled everything with great poise under pressure. Thank you for all that you do!
