City Subs - Coos Bay

I called in an order and made a point to take my time so they had time to process the order. I wanted to pick up and was told that I had to wait in the mile long line, although EVERONE IN LINE had not yet ordered. My order was ready and sat cold on the counter while the people ordered in the line and got their food fresh on site. Eat well.service sucks!!!

Phone in an order. When we arrived, there was a line of about 15 people. We asked them all if they had ordered. No one had, so we went in to pick up our order and was told we had to wait in line with all the others. They had a small sign that unless you had paid over the phone, you had to wait in the line, but this option was not offered to us when we ordered. So our order sat on the counter (my hot pastrami got cold! while the people ordered, got their order and left while we waited for an order in which was telephoned and was well prepared before someone of the people even got there!

LOVE their Turkey with an Attitude Sub. SOOoou delicious. Cashiers and kitchen staff always smile and ready to help. I just recently visited and they are short employees. Be friendly and patient? It's worth waiting?

I've been here for years and the food is always fantastic. Service is friendly and prices are competitive. Thanks for the great food and consistently good service!

Walked in and had a hard time deciding. Menu isn't overwhelming, everything just sounded great! Chose the Annie on the ranch their special and I knew I made the right choice. Their bread is amazing, fresh, soft and homemade. If I were in town longer I'd go back again! Thank you City Subs!!
