Hinterland Cooran

Yesterday evening dinner with friends and both eating and service were amazing. beautiful little restaurant with a really interesting menu. will definitely be back.

It simply enjoyed the most amazing lunch in this local restaurant in cooran. service, eating, wein, cocktails and business were fabulous. highly recommended, the charcuterie board, especially the leber parfait, homemade gf focaccia and they make their own sausages and cured bark meat. the white chocolate, lavender and toffee halffreddo was to die. the duck feeder rolls, the confit ente maryland and the beef-tenderloin special were all fantastic. that will be regular for us from now on. I wish we had tried before.

My wife and I had a fantastic meal last night. I ate the pork bell, super! dion (hope spelt right) his wife and his team lead an amazing restaurant. Thank you.

Amazing eating, amazing service is simply charming.

Lovely atmosphere, passionate wait staff, 10/10 deliciousness for the jalenpino popper entree, and both the pork belly and tenderloin main meals. Couldn’t have had a more wonderful evening. Thanks for having us, we’ll be back soon!
