Pizza Hut - Cooperstown

That's a first thing for me. after a wonderful day in cooperstown we were exhausted and decided to get a pizza next to our hotel. when we came in.

Terrible! the waitress had no teeth and no personality! they told us on the buffet what they got and only the same pizza brought out! the salatbar was.

The service was good when considering how busy the place was. the pizza was above average compared to other pizza huts. I recommend this pizza hat for everyone.

Eating is usually good... terrible, careless staff. I saw that more people are angry, then happy away. Buffet usually also sucks. Never mind.

A friend and I traveled through Oneonta, New York and faced freezing temperatures of 0 degrees Fahrenheit. My friend used to spend a lot of time in this area 20 years ago as a part of a local train historian organization, so we decided to take a trip down memory lane. We ended up staying at the Best Western in Cooperstown for a great price of about $86 per night. The hotel was equipped with a fitness room, free parking, free hot breakfast (which was really nice), a hot tub, and all the other amenities you could hope for. We decided to grab dinner at a Pizza Hut located just a few hundred meters away from our hotel. Despite it being quiet, the guy who served us, who I believe was the manager, was very friendly and funny. He made sure we had a great experience and we enjoyed a delicious pizza with thin crust, bacon, cheese, and mushrooms. We also had some Goose Island IPA and finished off with a 10-pack of cinnamon sticks for dessert, which were fantastic. My friend loved it all. Overall, it was a good night. I was tempted by the salad bar, but we decided to share a pizza instead. In hindsight, I would have chosen differently. The service was excellent and the staff assured us that if anything had gone wrong, they would make it right. They were friendly, talkative, and accommodating. The pizza and dessert were both delicious, and we left with a positive experience, promising to return in the future.
