Meltdown - Coopersburg

This restaurant is acceptable if you are a fan of grilled cheese. Personally, I am very particular about grilled cheese and although I appreciate the variety of cheeses they use, I am disappointed with the blandness of the toasted bread and the high price. I think charging $7.00 for a basic grilled cheese sandwich is ridiculous.

I worked at Wild Bill's stand next door to your restaurant at Great South Bay years ago. Your grilled cheese with bacon is amazing. I hope everything is going well!

I attended the GSB festival today and the food was delicious. I tried the BBQ Mac and cheese grill cheese and it was fantastic. However, I was disappointed by the lack of organization from the staff. With over 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I could see that they were not running the tent efficiently. There were no clear signs indicating where to order or pick up the food, which caused confusion among the crowd. In a busy place like a music festival, it is important to have some level of organization to prevent this kind of confusion. Additionally, there were no tickets given for orders or any form of identification, which could have led to potential issues with payment. Despite a suggestion from another guest to take advantage of this, I chose to remain honest.

The bread was old and the Philly Cheesesteak was cold. However, the fries and cheese were hot, earning the restaurant a second star.

Foods amazing!! Can't wait to go back!! Great service!!
