Dunkin' - Coopersburg

I order cup of coffee, the girl hand it to me in drive through, the led was lose and half of the hot coffee spelled on my hand ,leg and the car seat too. I had a burn feeling for 4 hrs . She gave me some napkins and new cup of coffee but it looks like she really didn't care much when it happened, like it is okay to happen. It was very very hot. No more drive through in this location

They always seem to get my order wrong so unfortunately 3/5.

Most days the service is great. Today, one of the workers, Whitley, refused to serve me and walked away when I got to the counter. Total surprise and disrespectful

Actually I was pretty surprised- have stayed away for some time due to some problems that I experienced last visit. Seemed like new staff were very friendly got the order correct.

Time for a morning pitstop... grab a mocha iced coffee and everything bagel to start your day with an everything yummy. This location is prompt, friendly, with a fun young staff who deserves BIG tips. The drive thru line can be long at certain times, but moves smoothly or just go inside to meet the team.
