Don’t visit this place just at opening time on a Saturday. Staff standing around outside smoking yabbering on there phones. Put your order in only to be told there is 30 minute wait on chicken, what the Fkk, no cooked chicken at a chicken joint ? So stand around inside start noticing how **** disgustingly dirty the place is. Grease all over everything, counter tops, tables chairs, fridge doors that you are meant to be able to see through look like frosted glass . Absolutely disgusting, time for the health inspector to pay a visit.
Was argued with at the front desk because this woman didnt know the menu and was trying to tell me i couldnt order my food (which i ordered online no worries five minutes after the interaction. was given 100% attitude for ordering food. Then proceeded to wait 40 minutes for my small order of food. Hopeless customer service, in the end what i ordered online was completely underfilled and poorly thrown together. Whoever was working register 13/6/22 at around 330 needs to learn how to treat people with decency.
How hard is it to get a recipe right??? I'm pretty sure my twister was meant to have some sort of sauce on it. All it had was chicken and lettuce. Very dry! My husband's Burger was not much better. Again very dry and no lettuce. The chips were very average too. No napkins, no salt and no bags in the entire store. Last time we eat KFC! Maybe employ someone over 14 years old KFC Cooma?
I recently purchased a dinner box through the drive-thru at this restaurant. As usual, I had to inquire about napkins and such. I was told they had them, but later found out there were no napkins, straws, or spoons. How are you supposed to eat your potatoes and gravy without them? This seems to be a recurring issue at most KFC locations over the past 30 years. It appears that employing school students to save money may be the cause. The entire organization is in need of a shake-up, starting from the top. Over 30 years of mismanagement has led to them not even getting the basics right.
