We did an overnight stop on our way to the snow. The location was great easy to get to and close to a Maccas for early breakfast on our way out. The room was tidy and clean, but it was quite cold. The air con did not have the oompf to heat the room up properly and the beds did not have electric blankets. The showers were good, great pressure. It would be great if it was a little warmer. The room was a nice surprise. Immaculate and very warm. The shower had insanely good water pressure. Couldn’t fault it for the price. Reception staff were also lovely. We will definitely stay here again on the way through Cooma Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Cheap place to stay, but should be cheaper for what it is. Uninspired room with a dodgy TV, decaying carpet, and very noisy plumbing at all hours of the night. Food offered is very expensive, fifty bucks for a steak, even some jam on toast for breakfast will set you back an extra $15. Staff were good though; the girl at the reception obviously had English as a second language, but was easy to understand, and was both helpful and capable in oporating the online payment system. Dated and stained furbishing. No power outlets to charge phone. Mismatched bedding. Dead flies and mould in bathroom. Stained carpet and missing flyscreen. Overpriced. Situated 10 minute walk from town, not in main street as advertised. All in all very disappointing. Rooms: 2 Service: 4 Location: 1
