Coolum Beach Hotel

This place has something for everyone. From the Seniors menu to the kids playground, great pub food and a fantastic open air bar where you can watch sport or watch a band on Sundays. This is in the heart of Coolum and is a central location point for tourists and locals alike. There is plenty on the menu for all ages and the food is good pub grub. You cannot visit Coolum and not make a visit. A must see.

It's classic australian pub where the italian people don't like to eat, but we decided to tried. Unfortunately it has been a bad experience. The food is poor and it's very expensive and there is not table service and also the place is cold and too noise. Not any more for me and my girlfriend. I don't understand why the peoples like to come here to eat.

We were surprised to get seated right away, it was a little bit quiet but they have poker on so the atmosphere wasn't too bad. The lady at the till was very slow and interrupted my ordering twice which was a little frustrating. Our entree of calamari came out with what looked like a garnish salad, wilted and overdressed none the less. It was okay, nothing flash compared to the brilliant quality of seafood around the area. Our mains came out and were rudely dropped in our faces and shoved across the table mid entree, not impressed so far.. the fish was beautiful, slightly overcooked around the edges but who can complain about that, the beef Wellington however, soggy, overcooked mush. It was one of the worst ones I've had in a very long time. Sad to say but after that we might not be back again for a while..

We had dinner here with a big group, food came out fast and was very delish, service was good and has a playground and face painting for the kids. The kid meal came out nice and fast which was great! The only negative for us was some of the food came out a bit disjointed like toppers seperate to the meal and quite some time after, and we had to wait for one persons meal (a salad) for while before it came out, everyone else had theirs!

Great value for money in a family friendly environment. Plenty of seating and early opening hours for lunch and dinner. Very clean and spacious. Big screens were great to watch.
