Little Caesars Pizza - Coolidge

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a disaster. The pizzas are supposed to be hot and ready, but I always have to wait until they are ready. I would recommend saving your time and going to Domino's instead.

I usually only write reviews when the service is below standard. This place couldn't even get a basic order of a cheese pizza right. I ordered a cheese pizza and they put pepperoni on it instead. It seems like they are just kids working there, but if they can't even get basic orders right, they won't go far in life. I had to wait 20 minutes for the wrong order, again. There's a Pizza Hut right down the block, which is much more professional. I recommend giving them your business instead. The food quality is the same, but Pizza Hut offers better service and fewer mistakes.

I went out to pick up my Caesar Wings - Buffalo and they were exactly what I was craving. Unfortunately, my Crazy Combo with Crazy Bread and Crazy Sauce was missing from my order. Instead, I just received a pizza and a soda. I would like a refund for the missing items.

The pizza was undercooked, with the cheese and dough still raw in the middle. However, after 5-7 minutes in the toaster oven, it was cooked through and tasted good overall.

I will never go back to this restaurant again. I went to the Casa Grande location and all of my toppings were placed in the middle of the pizza. I requested extra cheese but did not receive it, yet was still charged for it. When I called and asked to speak to the manager or owner, I was told they were not available. It was a terrible experience!
