Sonic Drive-in - Cooleemee

The staff is always courteous and the service is great. Food is as expected from Sonic. The location is dingy and half of the menu boards don’t work. Update: Still dirty and at least 5 menu boards don’t work. Ceiling fans were removed over 18 months ago and wires are still hanging from the ceiling. Whoever owns this franchise should put a little effort into cleaning the place up and maybe the workers will take a little more pride in their work!

I have been to this location twice since I have lived in Mocksville. Less then a year and both times was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. There Customer service and employees are very rude. They were cussing and mocking the customers through the drive thru window. Absolutely terrible experience. I truly don't know how this store is still open.
