Gordon's by the Beach - COOLANGATTA

Great place to grab a beer or cappuccino and put your feet in the sand. Very laid back. You may sit awhile until you get served if you're by the beach. It's a great place to hang out if you're not in a hurry to go anywhere!

We had the $10 fish, chips & salad offer, you could choose any fish you wanted & have it cooked the way you liked. I can honestly say it was really nice the salad had feta, beetroot & the usual salad items. Being Easter there was no extra surcharge which was a bonus. We will be sure to eat here again when in the area.

Fantastic fish, chips and salad deal. $10. Not just an average salad and piece of fish but great beetroot and feta salad with choice of fished cooked anyway. Barra was best I've had in a long time. Calamari great as well. Relaxed outdoor seating. Very enjoyable and great value for money. Will definitely be back again.

Enjoyed a lovely piece of flathead and chips with an awesome salad for $10!!!!! Filling and delicious. Great service too.

The $10 fish and chips with salad is a bargain and you have a choice of grilled, crumbed or battered. Our barramundi and snapper were nicely done and portions reasonably big. Chips average. No tartare sauce provided. When we went, there was only 1 person doing the cooking and taking orders, so expect a wait if it gets busy.
