The COVID system at this restaurant is incredibly inefficient. When customers arrive to pick up their food, they are required to call the restaurant, but the line is frequently busy, causing customers to wait in the parking lot for 15-20 minutes before someone finally answers the phone. The food is tasty, but the restaurant needs to improve their phone system or implement a more effective process for COVID pickup.

The food is delicious, but some of the staff are very rude and unprofessional. There are much better dining choices available.

This is the best Chinese food I have ever tasted. It surpasses places like Yummy and Panda. Plus, they even occasionally offer complimentary dishes.

We order take out from Chopstick House all the time, have yet to have a bad meal. We find the food excellent, and the prices are reasonable. Food always done when they say it will be. Order online for discount. Highly recommend
