Chopstick House - Cookstown

I have been ordering chicken wings and fried rice from this restaurant for years, usually once a month as a special treat. Today, when I placed my usual order, they mistakenly thought I had asked for "fried water." I clarified that I wanted chicken wings and fried rice with a side of General Tso sauce. When I asked if they could just put the sauce on the wings like they typically do, they refused. Despite being a loyal customer who orders this dish regularly, they didn't seem to care about losing my business.

I tried placing an order via phone call and it rang maybe 3 times and they hung up. I tried calling again and they picked up but never answered it's like they picked up and then just walked away. They have zero courtesy

Horrible customer service. (Even from the manager, he was very rude.)If you want chopsticks or fortune cookies from this Chinese Restaurant, be sure to ask, because these cheapos do not include them with their overpriced food. The food isn't terrible, it tastes like drive through Chinese food. This specific time it was cold as if it were left in the car for an hour in the bag.The negative review is mainly for the customer service while I was trying to resolve the other issue with my order. We will not be ordering from here again, unfortunately.

We ordered delivery and it arrived quicker than expected. Everything was delicious and well-prepared. It was the perfect meal to enjoy after a tiring week of traveling.
