We asked a worker that turned out to be the GM and he went and made us his own special recipe. Two extra spicy chicken breasts with two biscuits. It was so delicious! I really appreciate him doing that for us. Great experience!
Yet another wonderful staff in this town! I had just about written off Popeyes due to some crummy service at previous locations, but this one restored my faith in the brand. The chicken was done right, and the cole slaw was perfect. It put a smile on my face, so kudos!
Glad they got rid of the last manager at the Cookeville Popeyes. Went this last Tuesday 6/21/22 and the place has made a 100% improvement! Place was clean and the food was great. Great job of getting rid of your poor management! 5 Stars much better place
I have been eating at Popeyes for the last 5 years and the food is always on point. Fast and friendly service. That chicken sandwich is hard to beat. Popeyes . . . You rock!
Got the order all wrong. The young man working the drive thru window didn't say a word couldn't even thank a customer? You have to put the aces in their places and he wasn't cut out for the window.
