Burger King - Cookeville

The staff is great! They do a wonderful job! That is why I keep going back. The only criticism I have is with the corporate office for ruining the breakfast burrito by removing some of the ingredients.

This is great but we have no parking? The parking lot has been over taken and the only place in and out is horrid.

Ordered through the app for drive thru pickup. When I got there I saw the drive-thru line was about half a block long and inside only had two people so I went inside instead and Alex was kind enough to pull my order from the drive-thru and give it to me inside. He was very considerate, polite and he seemed genuinely to want to help. The Whoppers were just as we ordered. I guess the only thing I would leave the one remaining star off or was look like the inside needed to be tightened up a little bit. But in their defense they were extremely busy at that time.

Good service in the drive thru. I didn't go in so I can't speak to anything else. The food was hot and everything you'd expect from a Burger King.

The woman working front counter at 10am was so awesome. Well actually I came Back about an hour later and she handed me my food in drive thro. She was on point when she wasn't greeting or assisting guests she was cleaning and stocking.. and while she was doing that she was still checking up on everybody. A+ to that woman
