Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Fast service. My order is always hot and right. Just the way my family likes it. Thank you, Keara for making sure my order was correct and that I had napkins for my meal. I really appreciate that!

I've had to call about this location several times for this same issue. My zalad is never made correctly and when I call, I'm not really offered a remedy so this time I decided to leave this review. Usually, I get told they are training new people. Myzalad is full of huge chunks of white lettuce, there are hardly any cucumbers, and the fried onions are almost nonexistent. Iusually go across town to the other conyers location or to stonecrest to avoid this location when I want a zalad.

If you have to choose a Zaxby?s, DO NOT go here!!! This is the last straw. I normally order in the App because they give deals but every time I order here I have a problem. If my order is ready, it just sits there for anyone to take. And if it?s notready, keep in mind I come after the estimated time and they act like they don?t know what I?m talking about! I had to wait 30extra minutes! ???? The workers act like they don?t work there. I was saying excuse me about 5 times until I just got in theorder line. That was my last time going there.

The food was good but the people behind the counter did not want to help

The staff seemed a little confused between the drive in, online orders and the counter. My order sat for over five minutes after I told them I was there because the counter staff apparently didn't know where to look or there was poor communicationwith the expeditor. The portions were acceptable and tasty but the customer service was lacking. Since I had to go out of myway to dine here I likely will not be returning.
