The Honey Baked Ham Company - Conyers

Our office went to HBH's birthday dinner and the service at this Conyers site was excellent. Our whole food came out quickly, it was delicious, and they even came back and brought our plates! The gentleman who works there even gave us a plate of cookies and brownies to share. I recommend this shop.

I and my employees came here for birthday dinner and this is the best service I had, probably ever. The woman who took us was so patient when we tried to decide what we wanted. She answered our questions thoroughly and even shows pictures. Our food came out so fast and was so delicious. We were asked several times if we needed something. And then, to all this guy who worked there, brought us a basket of cookies and said on the house?. This type of service is very rare today days so you guys who have worked on Wednesday will definitely be appreciated by your customers and earn the most appreciation of the company. We will definitely return!

First time for everything. Family will be away for Thanksgiving and I have to work. It was delicious. Turkey;Ham;Apples.

The staff is mostly friendly and willing to answer questions and help you save some money on your purchase. Albeit, you need to get in early to get your items for major holidays because they get very busy for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Expect long lines but the line moves pretty quickly. I was in and out within 20-30 minutes during a holiday week. Update: My ham did not look good this year and the famous honey baked crust was missing. A big let-down for my family holiday dinner. I will skip my usual Christmas purchase this year.

Horrible experience today picking up a Thanksgiving ham. I reserved it 2 weeks early, received an email confirmation with a scan. I don't know why anyone would bother to do this because you have to stand in line with others who did not pre-order a ham. When I got to the counter with my confirmation email scan I was told they don't have the capability of looking anything up and there is no information on their end about my order. Then you are sent to stand in another line to check out. My whole purpose was to avoid a crowd in a small space by picking it up quickly.
