Mcdonald's - Conyers

The customer service was quite good, and the food was generally fresh. However, I have an issue with how they handle requests for no salt on the fries. Instead of preparing a fresh batch without salt, they just re-fry the existing fries to remove the salt. As a result, the fries end up hard and unappetizing. I need to avoid salt due to my high blood pressure, so this is quite disappointing.

I would give the service and management here a zero. I placed a $90 breakfast order at the self-service kiosk, but they refused to serve us because our order came in three minutes after breakfast hours. At 10:34, they said they couldn't prepare any of our food since they start discarding breakfast items at 10:25 AM. This is not just poor service; it's also bad business. They chose to turn down a $100 order simply because it was four minutes past the 10:30 cutoff.

The ordering process was quick and straightforward. The staff member who handled my payment at the first window was delightful and provided excellent customer service. However, the person at the second window was quite rude and unprofessional. The food was fresh and tasty. Overall, it was a decent experience, and I would consider returning to this location.

This location can be pleasurable or disappointing. Often times when there is a demand of customers, it appears the staff are unable to manage time and your wait can be longer than necessary. It's a different experience each time depending on the timeof day and who is working and managing the shift. Food quality remains consistent with the taste and temperature being standard.

Ordered a Crispy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich meal, but at home I noticed it had a Spicy-like sauce on it that I didn't care for. Late night drive-thru service was very polite.
