The service is easy too slow. sometimes they wait 20-25 minutes just to go and go to mcdonald’s because no one ever answers the call button. it does not just happen to one. even if there are only a few cars. seems conscious.
Lesbian, I just went for half the show for the new Speck cheeseburger that appeared on my handy. I didn't ask any wobbles, add jalapeño. get my burger, there were no jalapeños. annoyed, I try to call her two times without answer and decided that I would press the button, because we don't leave it yet and ask to speak with the manager in the service, she comes to the car and I tell her that my burger was wrong and that instead of swirling, I want to add jalapeño. She says it'll be out soon. again, no jalapeños were on my burger. I'm sorry, but that was ridiculous to make my order not only 1 times wrong, but to have it 2 times in the same 30 minutes wrong, is ridiculous!
The chicken was old, dry and gave the 15 minute timer. this is the third time at this place that was eating old and waiting time is a sweat. the manager has traded as if he didn't care and said he could replace it, but it would take a because it is promo day. they will never get a penny of my gelding. There was this carhop who was EXTREMELY rude when my gift card didnt work. Said ‘she didn’t want to waste her steps going to try the card inside’, and overall made the experience terrible. I didn’t get her name but will not be going back.
