Jimmy John's - Conway

The restaurant has a small menu but the quality is really good. I have always had a positive experience dining here.

The Kickin Ranch sauce lacked flavor and tasted just like regular ranch dressing with a different color. They did follow my request for extra mustard, but they went overboard and drowned the sandwich in it. I selected the option for extra napkins on two sandwiches but only received one napkin in the bag. Overall, this restaurant seemed like just another typical chain in Conway with underpaid workers. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in this area and I'm unsure if it's a nationwide problem.

This place is bad. Got a J.J BLT and the bacon was raw. When asked for crispy bacon, said they don't have hot sandwiches, only cold. I mean come on people, at LEAST cook your bacon! Never again and SOOOO not worth the $9 I spent!
