You offer the best cold cut sandwiches, generously piled with all the meats and toppings you could want, especially the Gargantuan, which is our favorite. The customer service is consistently friendly.

As always, it was a bit chaotic. Prices keep rising, but that's happening everywhere, so it's hard to hold anyone accountable. I really wish the menu included an option for a single topping or at least some mayonnaise.

I lived in South Carolina for seven years, but this was my first time dining here. I frequently returned to Chicago, where I've always loved the sandwiches. The taste quality is consistently excellent—fresh and delicious every time. Plus, the service is incredibly quick!

I liked subway, but now I was ruined by Jimmy John's! Seriously, if I can help him, I never go back to the subway. Jimmy John has such delicious subs. I think they use premium ingredients. They just taste better. Much better. Your app is also easy to use and you can get rewards by using it. Your rewards are decent. Your price is reasonable. The size of their lower parts is considerable. And their sandwich manufacturers are nice people. The only criticism I have is that they often get the little details wrong; Things like cut my sandwich in half and wrap each half separately. Or also contain mayonnaise packages or napkins. Something like that. It is kind of frustrating when you drive away and you realize that these things are missing. But then, if you eat the delicious sandwich, all the frustration goes away, LOL.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Fresh ingredients good service and GREAT BREAD. I had an order last night that got messed up but I called today to get it sorted out and the manager apologized and was super friendly. They made my remake perfect and it was FREAKY FAST. Ty guys definitely coming back!!!
