Cilantros Mexican Grill - Conway

We enjoyed the chips and salsa, the Poco Loco guacamole, and the shrimp ceviche—all of which were absolutely delicious. We requested cilantro on the side for the guacamole since my wife isn’t particularly fond of its flavor. The service was excellent, and the restaurant maintained a clean environment. The prices are quite reasonable, and there are affordable lunch specials with generous portions.

I had my first visit and I was very satisfied! As a Mexican, I can recognize authentic cuisine, and this place definitely delivered! I loved the handmade flour tortillas—they were excellent and deserving of 10 stars. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I will definitely return whenever I'm in Conway!

We had a wonderful experience with attentive care for food allergies and an excellent meal! The portions were generous, everything tasted fresh and homemade, and the waitstaff was outstanding. This will definitely be our go-to spot whenever we're in Conway!

The food and the atmosphere are great. The prices are good and you get a lot of food.

Very good food and lots of it. Clean. Very fast service. No waiting in line for a table on a Friday night. Varied menu. Has lunch specials. Has vegan and child selections. Booths or tables. Friendly waiters. You can substitute queso for the red sauce if you wish. Plenty of light crisp chips. Chips include a bowl of salsa for each customer in booth or table. They will provide a take home box for your leftovers. Reasonably priced supper for 3 people was $37.
