Go to GroundLevel, Patio Cafe, Bobs’ Grill or IHOP instead this place pls.At first, you go in and they make you order everything in front before sitting down, everyone is cramped at that tiny space as people go in and out of the place. I ordered Nutella Crepe and its shows +fruit $1.5 and the waiter asked “do you want all the fruits?” And obviously I said yes because I love fruits, but it turns out EVERY fruit costs the extra $1.5. If you don’t add fruits, it’s just a plain crepe with Nutella who wants that for brunch? . Your server won’t get the tips you paid out front, it goes to the restaurant. Food is mediocre and edible, wouldn’t go again. The drinks pricing is a scam, please don’t fall for it. My boyfriend ordered white chocolate and the menu says 16oz/20oz 4.80/5.6 but when you order the 16oz she charged us $5.6. The server got pissy when we pointed that out. so our experience is really bad and we decided to never go back.
I came in 2021 and raved about this restaurant. Today was a very different experience. The staff were kind and friendly and the restaurant was clean but the food was only edible. I had the eggs Benedict and my friend had the chicken bacon ranch. My hollandaise sauce was chunky and unflavored and my egg white was gloopy. The crepe itself was nice but the dish lacked flavor. The chicken seemed like it came pre-seasoned and frozen. The brown sugar latte was good. The food was decent enough to finish it but nothing extraordinary or an experience we will come back for anytime soon.
They've updated their menu since we've been here and now have a large selection on savory filling crepes! We ordered the chicken bacon ranch, add mozzarella; and a veggie pesto, add chicken. They didn't add either but did give the chicken later. But super delicious food. The space is pretty small, so when two children are screaming their heads off, it's ear splitting.Overall, wonderful food keeps us coming back for sure.
Small, very little service. One kitchen, one barista/cashier/server...$24.00/person for small portions, good flavors although.
We went here on a whim and I 'm so glad we did! This spot is so cute, cozy and unassuming, I would 've never seen it if I hadn 't looked it up before going. You order at the host stand , have a seat, and they bring your food to you. Everything was delicious and everyone working there was so sweet and helpful! I got hashbrowns as a side and was happy to find they actually season their hashbrowns here lol. And the coffee was actually really good! I don 't usually like the coffee at most little Cafes like this, I 'm spoiled at home, but it was really good! Loved this spot, kinda sad we 're only driving through bc if we lived here we would become regulars.
