Przekaż informację zwrotnąI got the signature burger (the one with an egg on top). So disappointed with the egg. Had to send back twice to get it over easy. Manager was good at replacing it. I still love Red Robin. Just not that burger. Lol
Went today and waited a long time for someone to take our order. Ordered pickles and our drinks. I ordered tea with lemon and came back and no lemon. Had to ask waitress three times for lemon waited and never got our appetizer. Finally hamburgers came out and asked waitress if she forgot pickles and it was like I guess I did but I can turn them in now and we told her not to worry about it. She comes back by and said I did take the pickles off you ticket. I would certainly hope so since we didn’t get any. Saw a manager and her response after telling her about our service was “ oh we are short handed” no apology just like we should understand. For a 45.00 meal for lunch you would think there would be at least some concern for the terrible service. Never again!
First I must say the service, friendliness attention to the customer is top notch at this location. The burgers are so juicy but not greasy like other places. The fries were not greasy either not salty. My mom has to watch her sodium levels so this was great for her. I had the gluten free bun which was one of the best I've had anywhere. Too often the gf buns are hard dry but not at Red Robin. Yum! Get the bacon cheeseburger or the gourmet burger. I'll be on the lookout for this franchise as I travel.
We arrived about 7pm. Ordered pretty soon, but our food didn 't arrive until after 8pm (closing time on Saturday??!! . And the orders were slightly mixed up... my side on another person 's plate, one person 's drink on another person 's ticket. The waiter was friendly and accommodating but kept having to correct things. The burgers were OK (not gourmet . The folks having fish were satisfied with the food, but it wasn 't spectacular. We had a good visit (the place was mostly empty so we could hear each other but there was nothing about it that would make us eager to go back.
Food was good but took forever to get food and i asked for napkins and took 15 minutes or so to get them and i was already done with my meal. Everyone was chilling in the back talking and avoiding my table. Never got any refills. By far worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Pink hair girl i hope you can do better for next customer.
