Bill Miller -b-q - Converse

Ok so I'm dropping my Stars . I stopped coming for a while for breakfast because they were over cooking the food and being stingy with the amount in the tacos. I went back today and the tortillas were all cold,the egg was hard and dry on one side like plastic. I took one bite to my taco and it broke in half. That's an old tortilla,and definitely not warmed up. The sausage was diced now into smaller pieces, I wound up making a tortilla at home and putting egg and saying it from the old taco. Of course I got yelled at from my husband for going back,and I should have made breakfast at home. We paid $25 for cold,small tacos! I want my money back!!!

I'm really disappointed with my dinner. I've had enough of Bill Miller restaurants. My family usually goes there for breakfast tacos, but we've had our share of problems, including undercooked tortillas and tiny tacos filled with less than two tablespoons of egg. It’s a level of quality that your employees, managers, and owners wouldn’t accept themselves. I'm serious about the minuscule amount of egg in those tacos. Overall, just another disappointing experience!

I went in for a tea refill and some pages on September 29, 2022, at 2:30 PM. I really hope Mariah is doing okay; she seemed to be having a tough day. When I arrived, I was just browsing and had to be the one to say hello first—maybe she was caught off guard by my presence, as I like to think of myself as quite noticeable. Anyway, when I finally got my refill, I noticed there was a large red stain on the lid and inside the cup as well. When I pointed this out to her, she reacted as if I was accusing her, without offering an apology or even a simple “no problem, I’ll take care of it.” I've been to this location many times without any issues, so I hope this was just a one-time occurrence. However, if they’re not comfortable with customer service, this might not be the right job for them.

I usually enjoy Bill Miller's, but my recent visit was disappointing. The tea was delicious, which is a nice change since it has been lacking lately. However, the food could have been better. The kid's meal came with chicken tenders and a thick, unappetizing gravy. There were no rolls available in the dining area. While the chicken itself was good, I opted for the regular plate, and unfortunately, the brisket was tough and almost inedible. Given the prices, I left feeling quite let down.

I ordered the #7 combo with no onions which is 2 Sandwiches. They told me they were using a different bread I was ok with that. But the size difference is astounding? these are the size of small rolls or sliders. There is barely any meat in them and there are onions on them too. I?m very disappointed. They closed at 5 for Christmas Eve and I ordered at 4:30 so I wasn?t able to call back and get a refund or new order. But there is no excuse for them to the throw food in a bag and serve it to people. I will be calling tomorrow. If the food is smaller, the price shouldn?t be the same. Because literally my food looked squished and thrown at a wall and then shoved into a paper bag. Also my husband ordered a number 3. The brisket plate. They put the green beans on top of the small two slices of brisket. We?ve complained before about the small size of brisket and they?ve fixed it in the past which is why he still orders it. But the green beans were few.. I?m talking like 8 pieces of green beans. They have such amazing tasting food but this is out of hand, especially since it?s Christmas Eve.
