I placed an order on Ifood, looked at the Google and Ifood reviews. Unfortunately I was disappointed. It arrived half a sandwich , it 's the first time I 've made a statement about a snack. But I was so outraged. In the description it said 160 Gr bled, we know that after frying the meat loses grams, but it arrived half bled, half a lettuce leaf. You place an order and create expectations based on the description. I immediately called the store, according to the attendant, they never had any complaints and all the ingredients were as described in Ifood. I took a photo of the sandwiches and said I would post it on the internet, because it is a 62.00 snack and I have a sandwich project that has half an ingredient. I was horrified by the message they sent me on WhatsApp saying that everything was sent as described, if I wanted more or more ingredients, they had them available at Ifood to choose from. I emphasize that my complaint is about the amount of ingredients and not that it was missing. I would be embarrassed to send what they sent me to a customer. Poor quality. We asked for the Ifood review, which was good. But we were very dissatisfied with the quality. The wild beef that came with gorgonzola cheese didn't even have any flavor, it didn't have any cheese. The other burger that was supposed to come with catupiry came with a very bad and inedible cornstarch cream. Cream arrives so terrible. They should use quality products and ingredients.
