Marina Bay - Constanţa

Set on the main stretch of Tomis Harbour this small restaurant is small and trendy and serves great food. A local friend took me there on Sep 15, we had the chef's soup Buillbaisse, hope I spelled it right, it is a local sea food soup and the mix sea food grill. Both delicious.Location is to notch, the girls are nice and friendly. There is music from the adjacent bar but the whole area is meant to be like that. Europe is not as quiet as North America. Two thumbs up!

Sep., we had the soup of Chef Buillbaisse, hoping that I really formulated it, it is a local seafood soup and the mix seafood grill. Both delicious. Location is notch, the girls are nice and friendly. There is music from the neighboring bar, but the whole area should be like that. Europe is not as quiet as North America. Two thumbs up!
