The new name is Monarca Bar Grill is a must. We just moved to Texas 6 months ago and we're looking for a Mexican restaurant that was what we're were used to from the West Coast and our travel throughout Mexico and Central America. This place hit that need, great food, great service and food quality. The vibe is awesome, will be coming back, the restroom are super clean, the place is being ran with pride.
Drinks and service very good. The salsa and white queso so tasty. Good seasoning on all of the items in my Adam's combo plate. Charro beans a nice change from refried. Relleno was good, but I prefer cheese rather filled with beef.
