Mcdonald's - Conover

The food was fresh and hot. Very helpful customer. The dining room was clean and updated. I found this place very busy in the drive thru and observed several internal customers. A busy restaurant is a positive sign for good food and friendly service. The use of the mobile app to access free and cheaper food and beverage options is a must! This location offers many parking spaces and easy access to the Handicap.

They can't seem to get anything right at this location. I ordered 3 chicken nugget happy meals for my kids and one of them didn't even have chicken nuggets. I also ordered an unsweet tea and got a sweet tea. The previous time I ordered ordered the same 3 happy meals and 2 of them were missing fries. The people at this location obviously doesn't care about taking care of their customers, and with that if my children want happy meals for lunch I'll drive out of my way to a different location from now on.

I'm giving them to stars because of their McDonald's app okay the app is supposed to be something that you get I better deals and you actually get something from it well now they have taken it down to only three Deals a day and they're picked for you based on your history of what you've ordered and let me just tell you it is not a deal whatsoever so I will be uninstalling that app because there's no reason to have it wasted memories on my phone and the prices and the food is definitely not that great to not even get a coupon for the place from their own app

This location is very clean. Service was good we ordered from the kiosks which was nice. Overall it was a good experience, except for the loud mouth manager who was reprimanding the employees and insisted on talking as loud as she could. Other than that 4 stars. Manager 1 star. Edit; Just left and my experience was good. Be very careful when pulling in or out of here on Hwy 70. Look twice. Traffic can be bad at times.
