Pechin Firehouse Restaurant

I hate to have to do this, but I feel I gave enough time with no resolution!!! We ordered a cake for my sisters wedding and it was delivered Friday October 18th. The bakery kept trying to push the delivery time earlier and earlier for some reason. The cake looked awful. We showed them a picture of what we were looking for and knew it wouldn't be exact, but it was not nice at all. We actually added some flowers to the cake ourselves just to make it look a little better! Not only was the cake not decorated nice, it was toppling over!!!!! (See photos) I wouldn't be so mad, but their customer service has been just as bad! I called Pechin Bakery the very next day, Saturday October 19, and left a message and was told someone would be calling me on Monday. Monday rolls around still no call, so I called again and spoke to Dorothy. She assured me the message was given to Amy and she should be calling me that day (Monday) or Tuesday the very next day. I also sent Dorothy an email attaching the photos and my concerns. I tried calling each day for the rest of the week with no answer or call back! I left numerous messages. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and waited a full week for them to respond to me before posting anything on social media. Please see the attached images of this HORRIBLE CAKE!

We celebrated our 60th birthdays here tonight! Hubby got the meatloaf. I got prime rib and my brother got a steak salad. Fried zucchini as an appetizer. A shame that this is very last weekend here.

Went there to get buy a single layer red velvet cake. Was told they don't make them. For at least the last 5 years we have been able to buy it there. The attitude in the bakery is they don't care. In fact the whole store felt that way. I can spend my money at Martins

They are closing on August 11th. Will not be at this location any longer due to lease issues....

The bartender Savannah was awesome. We are very sad to hear this place is closing Aug. 11. We was hoping to come back. Great place to visit.
