I posted a few days ago a negative opinion that I can only confirm. I ordered a meal to take over the internet with friends. They got their orders and not me, while I paid my meal well. We can't find another alternative because on the phone, the person refused to understand that I had paid well. After several phone and email exchanges, a certain maximilian confirms me on Monday so 3 days after my order that he would do the necessary to repay me and, for a commercial gesture, he proposes 20 on my next meal! But where are we going: how long have we agreed to pay in a restaurant, and not be served? Since when do we have to wait so many days to be reimbursed by a restaurateur? Since when a restaurateur who allows such an error, does not offer the meal of a value of 15 € in compensation for the occasioned discomfort? But especially since when a restaurateur takes the consumers for idiots and can believe that I'll pay 80 for a next order seen this disappointment. His answer is clear of any responsibility.
