Ruth's Chris Steak House

I ordered the steak with lobster Mac and Mashed potatoes. The sides are more than enough for 2 people. Everything was cooked to perfection! Our waiter was outstanding, very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu! This was not our first or second time visiting this location and it certainly will not be our last.

This is very unusual for RC but all our food was either over done or raw. My filet was half well done/have medium VERTICALLY . ordered med rare. The chopped salad (my favorite salad in the world) had so many onions it was inedible. y my son was offered the opportunity to taste hollandaise or bernaise. They brought out the sauces with the other three meals only. He asked about his steak and they just then fired it. It came out cool and blue. Other son had really scrawny thin rib eye and it was well done. (We all order mid rare always) hubs salmon was whitish pink and raw on the inside “Just what I wanted, sushi”. Very disappointing Mother's Day. Not up to Ruth's Chris standards this day.

Michael our server was great! we were the last table so typically poor service food. That was not the case. Food was delicious- ribeye stuffed chicken. Service on point.

Had a reservation for lunch and the street was closed down, making it unable for anyone to enter the restaurant. No one from RCSH called, texted or emailed to advise. Horrific service and quite disappointing for what is supposed to be a high end establishment. Will never return.
