Never did get waited on because 2 employees were just laughing and giggling while customers were trying to get their attention to place and order. Some people had ordered on the app and between their disgraceful lack of attention it looked as though those orders were being filled but some had no straws, wrong orders, etc. . The electronic menu was only showing McCafe items. Never could see the menu for dinner. If it was app only, should have showed that, but there were many people in line to place and order at the register. People who did not have the app. PLEASE BE SURE AND TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BE MORE ATTENTIVE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. WORSE MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. My husband and I had not eaten all day and wasted what little time between flights on your employees lack of respect. And did not get to eat before our plane left. AGAIN WORSE SERVICE EVER.
15 minutes and still waiting on chicken biscuits. Employees are actively socializing with off duty employees. Bottom of the bottom here Mcdonalds. Got my biscuits three minutes later, and all ice in my Dr. pepper was melted. Had to choose Dr. pepper because they were out of Coca-Cola, at a Mcdonalds.
Almost missed my flight after standing in line for 30 mins … my gate was A10 literally right across . Ordered 2 cheeseburgers , $4 … added bacon … another $4 . Got 2 cheeseburgers with no bacon … i used to work at McDonald’s as a teenager and all I can say is this is the worst one yet.. even at an airport location.
Staff was rude to customers, and have horrible attitudes; fries were cold; burger patty was dried out; I asked for modifications, they charged me but did not make the changes. Late that night, I was in serious pain. I woke up then next morning to crippling pain and diarrhea. Yes it was the burger!!! Now I have a medical expenses because of a bad sandwich... Which was delivered with the worst customer service I have ever received!
I had a meal voucher from Delta due to flight drama. Delta provided the voucher via text, so it was just a bar code which needed to be scanned.McDonalds was one of the very few places actually open first thing in the morning and the voucher indicated it was good for use anywhere in the airport that served good.The line moved slowly, but people's orders were getting processed. I presented the voucher and was told I needed to get it printed on paper for them to be able to process it. Since I had already waited in line for 20 minutes, I paid out of pocket and then waited 15 more minutes to get my order. The woman at the register behaved like she really didn't want to be there.
