The shutter window and banana leaf tree make you feel like you?re sitting back in the country again. The staffs are well dressed and polite. Food was decent but not great . Theonly thing that stood out was the egg rolls with the authentic dipping fish sauce and the Vietnamese ice coffee. The lemongrasschicken lacks that lemongrass and flavor. The beef noodle soup bowl was tiny and lack the rich authentic broth along with manymissing ingredients inside. Needs improvement here to make it more authentic which it lacks.
As a Vietnamese person, I was a little skeptical about trying this place at first since I knew going into it I might not experience authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I was pleasantly surprised. I came here for a birthday dinner and it was a greatexperience. I love the fact that they have a dress code because the slightly formal wear gives a sophisticated vibe. I love thedecor; it reminds me of a restaurant you can find in Vietnam with tropical plants and open dining rooms. The food was absolutelystunning and tasty. Although the food was more of a fusion, the cha gio and nuoc cham(dipping sauce) that came with it wasactually really tasty. The drinks were sweet and well. My purple drink with coconut cream tastes just like ube. It was my firsttime ordering lamb shank and it was the perfect temperature and tangy flavor. At the end of the course, they brought out acrème brûlée was that perfect. All in all, we had a wonderful dinner and I would totally recommend this spot for nice datenight or family dinner
Decided to try this place because of the fried whole snapper. The ambience was charming and intimate. The drinks options were unconventional but both visually and tastefully good. The snapper was cooked perfectly, but underwhelming to be the highlight ofthe menu and priced well over $100. The appetizers and side dishes were good and the service was excellent. Gave it a 4 becauseoverall I enjoyed the experience.
My friend and I went on a Saturday evening to celebrate his birthday and we had a great experience. It started with Jordan at the bar and the service from Chris at our table. Their customer service exceeded our expectations and it was definitely worththe $300+ I spent. The vibe was good and chile and the ambience, very nice and beautiful. The food? after eating some of hismarket price Snapper, then eating my salmon I was disappointed because the salmon (in our opinions) lacked flavor but EVERYTHINGelse was delicious and worth the visit. I will be back and highly recommend.
What a neat set up in the Buckhead Village. Self parking and valet available. Cute decoration and set up. A really great wine list. We had to try so many items with nothing to disappoint. Salads, sides of brussel sprouts and appetizers of egg roles, and tuna and the list went on. Everyone enjoyed the meal. There were 8 of us and they had several seating options to make thissize group work nicely.
