I asked if I could eat at a table and was grudgingly shown to a table overlooking the concourse, away from everyone. A waiter approached, and I asked him if I might sit at the bar and he said Of Course. There I was served, again grudgingly, by the bartender who basically told me to hurry up. This kind of treatment for expensive and lackluster food and service. Never again. I
I had the appetizer salad with salmon. The lettuce was drenched in dressing and most of the leaves were brown. Salmon was under par. They automatically charge an 18% service charge plus another service fee of an equal amount which the server could not or would not explain. She seemed very shady when questioned about this. I paid in cash and had $17.37 coming back to me of which I never received the 37 cents. I felt like I was being blatantly ripped off by the server.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Atlanta over the weekend for a concert and decided to make a reservation at Ecco to have a nice night with just the two of us. We made a reservation for 8:15 and we left a voicemail to try and get it pushed back a little later, but no one called back. The weird part of
Appalling service, only half open. Menu has nothing on it and I?m sick of hearing, yeah well it?s the pandemic. Get over it, hire quality people and get back your reputation for good food and good service. Right now you have neither, but kept the same prices. So sad, my daughter and just walked out after a 40min wait to be seated, only to be presented with some cheese and cold meat. How disappointing.
