Chick-fil-a

This lady is so rude, box body. I showed her my transactions that she ask for and she turned around and told me that would not be getting anything and slammed the window. Corporate will be notified

Made an online order and waited for my pickup. After some time I asked the lady at the counter about it. She claimed there was no order under that name. I showed her the receipt. No reaction but instead she started serving other customers. I asked for the manager and she claimed she was one of them. I asked her to confirm that she indeed was the manager, as I didn’t believe her. No answer but instead she got asked somebody else from the staff, probably the real manager, about the order. That lady found the order immediately and handed it to me. The incompetent lady though didn’t apologize or say anything but just turned away. For such rude attitude and terrible service, they don’t even deserve that one star. Will not be ordering there again as long as customers are disrespected this way at this location.

Not a fan of the new cherry berry lemonade. It is too tart needs to be a little sweeter. Food was great as usual and staff gave excellent customer service.

Be sure to check for your sauces before leaving. They forget to include the 75% of the time.

Drive thru used to be one of the slowest everywhere, updated review because they have been almost perfect the last year.
