I hired them to cater my wedding, and my guests loved their food! Spiedies originate from upstate NY, and if you don't know what they are you are missing out! Awesome food is the best way to describe it!! We ordered the salad and wrap with chicken spiedies and salt potatoes!! The spiedies are juicy and flavorful while the salt potatoes are a sure standout. You can't go wrong with these guys!
