Cinco De Mayo Mexican Grill - Concord

This used to by my favorite restaurant but now it’s just gross. The majority of the wait staff is rude and the last time I went my waitress was 100% drunk/on drugs and was dropping things, so inattentive, and after waiting 10 minutes for the check and boxes, she came up with her notepad and slurred “what do you want to order.” It was such a weird and uncomfortable experience, definitely won’t be going back.

Drink prices blacked out on some menus, but not all. Drink prices are two times what is listed on non-blacked out menus. The ceiling fan and overhead lighting create a strobe effect that caused a headache for some of our guests. The food was mediocre. Servers just standing around. I expected more due to the rating listed. There are better options available.

Carne asasa is great. Juicy . Tender. Authentic Mexican

Good food and great service! My buffet is my favorite one

This isn’t something I like to do because I like to express more positivity than negativity but my server Ana was very rude and disrespectful. I just recently moved here and have been coming to taco Tuesday for a while now and I’ve never experienced such lack of customer service anywhere like this before. Even the manager didn’t care when I brought it to his attention. Definitely will never be going back. …BASURA!!!
